My daughter chipped her front tooth. We had her front tooth bonded and then a porcelain cap put on at merchant dental by Dr. Syed Masihuddin. They did the root canal and cap all in one visit. The cap was supposed to be guaranteed. I called regarding my concerns of her tooth and gum being grey. Also she still had feeling in that particular tooth, which they had done a root canal on. It took me many calls to get a return call from an appropriate person to speak to so I can make an appointment for her tooth to be evaluated. My young adult daughter went to the appointment herself. They convinced her it was not grey and said her tooth was fine. When I returned from work, I called them to speak to someone regarding my concerns-that the tooth is indeed grey as well as her gum above it. And to ask why she still has feeling in that tooth sometime later after a root canal .
