Friendly, family owned. Always greeted with a smile. They're quick and hospitable when it comes to service, they even let me bring my dog into the waiting room. I also purchased my car from them. I didn't get a warranty, but I did get a 30 day guarantee.
I heard a knock within a week or two of purchasing my car and they took it in to check it out for free, and assured me that the "knock" was an unfortunate "feature" of this car, supplying me with the notice from Honda that stated the same. Had it been a real issue, they were prepared to take care of it.
